Who we are

Prospectario ("we") operates the website prospectario.com and the Prospectario application (the "Service"). This policy explains what personal data we process, why, and the rights you have. Contact: hola@prospectario.com.

Data about you (the person using the Service)

Account data: your name, email address and profile picture, provided by you or by Google when you sign in with Google. We use them to create and secure your account, show who is in a team and send service messages (invitations, sign-in notices).

Provider keys you paste in Settings (Apify, Instantly, OpenRouter, Reoon): stored encrypted and used only to run the actions you request on your account.

Usage data needed to run the Service: the campaigns, columns, jobs and settings you create, and technical logs (IP address, browser, timestamps) kept for security and troubleshooting.

Google user data

If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account's name, email address and profile picture through Google Sign-In. We use this information only to authenticate you and to identify you inside your team. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties except the infrastructure providers listed below. You can revoke this access at any time from your Google account permissions or by deleting your Prospectario account. Prospectario's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data about businesses (leads)

The Service collects information about businesses from public sources chosen by you: Google Maps listings (through Apify) and each business's own website. This may include business names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses published by the business, social profiles and the text of its website. You decide what to search, what to research and who to contact. You are the controller of the lead data in your account and responsible for using it lawfully (for example anti-spam, data protection and consumer laws that apply to you and to the businesses you contact). We process it on your behalf to provide the Service. If you are a business that appears in someone's Prospectario account and want your data removed, write to us and we will help.

Service providers

Supabase (database, authentication and functions hosting) and Netlify or Vercel (website hosting) store and serve the Service. Apify, OpenRouter, Instantly and Reoon receive only the data needed for the action you request, using your own keys and under their own terms. Google (Sign in with Google), when you choose it.

Retention and deletion

Your data stays while your account exists. Raw provider payloads and website page copies are deleted after the retention period set in your Settings (180 days by default). You can delete leads and campaigns at any time, and you can delete your account by writing to us; we then remove your data within 30 days, except what we must keep for legal reasons.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit. Provider keys are encrypted at rest. Access is limited to your account's members through row-level security. No system is perfectly secure; tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, or to object to its processing. Write to us and we will answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU/EEA you can also complain to your supervisory authority.

Children

The Service is for businesses and professionals and not directed to anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version. Material changes are announced inside the Service.
