The agreement

These terms govern your use of prospectario.com and the Prospectario application (the "Service"), operated by Prospectario. By creating an account you accept them. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm you may bind it.

What the Service does

Prospectario finds local businesses on Google Maps, researches their websites, verifies emails, fills columns with AI models and hands the results to your cold email tool or to a file. It does not send email. Results depend on third-party providers and public data and are not guaranteed to be complete or accurate.

Your account and keys

Keep your credentials and API tokens secret; you are responsible for what is done with them. If you connect your own provider keys (Apify, OpenRouter, Instantly, Reoon), their costs, limits and terms are between you and each provider. The Service shows an estimate before actions that spend credits, but the provider's bill is the one that counts. Team members you invite can see and change the data in your account. Admins can manage keys and delete campaigns.

Acceptable use

Use the Service only for lawful business prospecting. Comply with anti-spam, data protection, consumer and telecommunications laws that apply to you and to the people you contact (for example GDPR, CAN-SPAM, LGPD or Colombia's Law 1581). Honor opt-outs: keep your do-not-contact list current and never contact someone who asked you not to. Do not use the Service to harass, deceive or harm anyone, to send unsolicited bulk messages to consumers, or to collect data you are not allowed to collect. Do not resell, scrape, overload or reverse-engineer the Service, and do not use it to build a competing database.

Your data

You own the data in your account (campaigns, leads, columns, notes). You give us the rights needed to store, process and display it to provide the Service. Our Privacy policy explains how personal data is handled.

Fees

The plan presented on this website is USD 29 per month and includes USD 15 in usage credits per monthly cycle. Unused credits expire at the end of the cycle and do not roll over. No subscription charge is made without your explicit agreement.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue the Service, we will give reasonable notice so you can export your data.

Termination

You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, abuse the Service or create legal risk, telling you why when the law allows.

Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we exclude warranties and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or the actions of third-party providers or of the businesses you contact.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. Disputes go to the courts of Medellín, Colombia, unless the law where you live gives you a right to a different forum.
